These Stainless Steel 314 Nuts are made up of about 24–26% Chromium, 19–22% Nickel, a high Silicon content of around 2–3%, up to 2% Manganese, 0.25% Carbon, and trace amounts of Phosphorus and Sulfur. The increased silicon content significantly boosts their resistance to oxidation and scaling at extremely high temperatures, reaching up to approximately 1150–1200°C. These nuts showcase excellent thermal stability, creep resistance, and mechanical strength, with a typical tensile strength of around 550 MPa and a yield strength close to 240 MPa. They also maintain good toughness and corrosion resistance in oxidizing chemical environments.
