Majid Fasteners is a reputable manufacturer and distributor of high quality industrial fasteners in Dubai, UAE, and the products offered by the company are characterized by high accuracy, stability, and performance. One of our specialized products is the Hastelloy C22 Bolts, which have high resistance to corrosion, strong strength, and reliability in all the harsh and chemically corrosive environment. These bolts are ideal in chemical processing, offshore and petrochemical applications, which are safe and last long. Materials: With high level of manufacturing capacity and high quality control, the products offered by Majid Fasteners are fastening solutions that do not only satisfy global standards, but also go beyond what is expected of an industry.
Hastelloy C22 bolts consist mainly of nickel, chromium and molybdenum with small amounts of tungsten and iron added to improve their corrosion resistance as well as their mechanical strength. The alloy was designed specifically to handle both oxidizing and reducing environments, such as those created by strong acids including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. At the same time, they possess outstanding mechanical properties including excellent tensile strength, good yield strengths and high levels of toughness at extreme temperatures and pressures. Because of their high degree of resistance to both pitting and crevice corrosion as well as stress-corrosion cracking, hastelloyal C22 bolts are particularly suited for use in a variety of industrial applications that involve the use of fasteners that must be able to withstand very demanding conditions.

The bolts made of Hastelloy C22 are utilized across a variety of industrial sectors requiring superior corrosion resistance, exceptional strength, and extremely high levels of long-term reliability. Use of Hastelloy C22 Bolts is optimal for applications involving corrosive substances, such as acids (both oxidizing and reducing), chlorides, and harsh solvents as found in many Chemical Processing Facilities (chemical processing). In the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical industries, the Hastelloy C22 Bolts can be used in Refineries, Pipelines, Reactors, and Offshore Platforms all of which experience a severe environment due to the extreme conditions common in the Oil and Gas Industry. They are also commonly used for Power Generation Equipment, Desalination Equipment, Heat Exchangers, and Pollution Control Equipment. Their unique ability to resist pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking make them the safest, most durable, and most reliable bolt for various industrial applications that require highly critical fasteners.
