The Super Duplex Steel S32750 bolt have an approximate chemical composition of 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3%-4% molybdenum and added nitrogen, which gives them increased mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion. With a dual-phase austenitic-ferritic microstructure, these bolts have excellent durability, having a tensile strength of 800MPa -1,000MPa (at room temperature) and yield strength of about 550TPa (at room temperature). They are very resistant to pitting-corrosion, crevice-corrosion and stress-corrosion-cracking, even in extreme (highly aggressive) and chloride containing environment conditions. They also have significant toughness, large load capacity, and an extended service life; thus making these products suitable for most challenging offshore, petrochemical, and marrine applications.
