As an established provider and producer of premium fasteners in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Majid Fasteners offers a comprehensive range of quality fastening products including Nickel Alloy Bolts. Nickel alloy bolts are highly durable and provide outstanding resistance to heat and corrosion while enjoying excellent mechanical properties; therefore they are ideal for use in harsh industrial and engineering applications. Our company’s modern manufacturing techniques combined with our rigorous quality control procedures ensure that each fastener is produced to meet strict specifications for accuracy, strength, and reliability. We strive to deliver products on time, at the best price, and with complete customer satisfaction, positioning Majid Fasteners as the preferred supplier of Nickel Alloy fastening products throughout the UAE and international markets alike.
Nickel Alloy Bolts are made primarily from nickel with chromium as well as iron, molybdenum and possibly small amounts of either titanium or copper (depending on the grade). The combination of these materials makes Nickel Alloy Bolts able to withstand high-temperature and acidic environments because they possess high corrosion resistance. Nickel alloys also have exceptional mechanical properties, with tensile strengths typically between 600-900 MPa and high yield strengths that allow for safe loading. Nickel alloys have excellent thermal stability in extreme conditions, are resistant to oxidation and do not suffer from stress corrosion cracking; therefore, they are ideally suited for very harsh and demanding industries.
