Nickel Alloy 200 Washer is made from Nickel (more than 99%) and other elements like carbon, iron, manganese, sulfur, and silicon (very little) to improve the physical properties of the material and its performance as a washer. A high percentage of Nickel allows for excellent resistance to Alkaline solution, strong reducing agents and corrosive environments. Nickel Alloy 200 Washers can withstand tensile strengths of 450 – 550 MPa and yield strengths near 140 – 180 MPa. In addition to their tensile strength, these washers provide superior ductility and elongation (approximately 40%). The hardness of these washers typically ranges from 80 to 120 HB. As a result, Nickel Alloy 200 Washers provide outstanding resistance to wear, toughness and reliable function in high-profile applications.
