Monel studs bolts are made from an alloy consisting of approximately 63% nickel (Ni) and 28-34% copper (Cu), as well as other trace elements including iron (Fe), manganese (Mn) and a few other metals in small quantities. This mixture provides Monel stud bolts with superior characteristics that make them Corrosion Resistant in Seawater, acidic and alkaline environments. Monel stud bolts also have very high tensile strength, excellent hardness, and outstanding fatigue resistance, maintaining their integrity under extreme temperatures and loads.
