Nickel Alloy 201 Stud Bolts are made from commercially pure nickel (minimum 99%) with very little carbon; thus they offer great resistance to graphitization at elevated temperatures. The presence of trace amounts of iron, manganese, copper, silicon, etc., contributes to the overall stability and mechanical properties of Alloy 201. Mechanically, Alloy 201 exhibits superior ductility, high tensile and yield strength, and the ability to withstand high temperatures and corrosive environments.
