Copper Nickel Screws are generally made up of copper combined with 10–30% nickel, along with trace amounts of iron, manganese, and other alloying elements. This blend provides excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and biofouling. The copper-nickel alloys boast good tensile strength, ductility, and thermal stability, making them well-suited for tough marine and industrial environments. Their mechanical properties hold steady across a range of temperatures, and they effectively resist erosion from turbulent water flow. These traits make Copper Nickel Screws a top choice for applications where long-lasting corrosion resistance and reliable mechanical performance are a must.

Copper Nickel Screws are extensively utilized in industries that depend on materials resistant to seawater and corrosion. In marine engineering, they find their place in shipbuilding, seawater cooling systems, heat exchangers, condensers, and offshore structures. Desalination plants rely on them in high-salinity systems where corrosion protection is vital. Additionally, they are employed in power generation, chemical processing, and the oil & gas sectors for fastening needs, ensuring durability and reliability in challenging environments.
