The Duplex Steel S31803 stud bolts have a composition of 21%-23% Chrome, 4.5%-6.5% Nickel, 2.5%-3.5% Molybdenum and include Nitrogen and trace amounts of Manganese & Silicon, to make the best use of the unique properties associated with Duplex (Austenitic + Ferritic) microstructures. Excellent resistance against Pitting, Crevice Corrosion and Stress Corrosion Cracking; S31803 has mechanical properties of 620-880 MPa Tensile Strength and 450-550 MPa Yield Strength. In addition, S31803 Stud Bolts exhibit High Toughness, Good Fatigue Resistance and Very Good Performance in High Pressure and/or High Temperature Applications.
