Hastelloy C276 Bolts are made up of nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo), with small quantities of tungsten (W) and very low levels of carbon (C). This alloy provides excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and SCC in both oxidising and reducing environments. In addition to its excellent corrosion-resistant properties, Hastelloy C276 Bolts also have superior mechanical properties such as: high tensile strength, high yield strength, good ductility, and superior performance at elevated temperatures. They also support high levels of structural integrity under pressure and thermal stress, giving them long-term reliability in the chemical processing, offshore, and very harsh industrial environments.
