Bolts made of Nickel Alloy 200 are primarily comprised of a nickel content greater than 99% with only trace amounts of carbon, silicon or manganese. The high-purity of this nickel allows for an extremely high degree of corrosion resistance in reducing and mildly oxidizing environments, as well as excellent caustic chemical and acid resistance. In terms of mechanical properties, Nickel Alloy 200 bolts have a tensile strength between 550 and 750 MPa with yield strength between 200 and 400 MPa, along with good ductility and toughness. These bolts also exhibit exceptional resistance to stress corrosion cracking, which is important for applications in the chemical process industry, marine environment, and other industrial uses.
