Based in Dubai, UAE, Majid Fasteners is a top producer and supplier of premium fastening solutions for a range of industrial sectors. Known for precision engineering, durability, and reliable service, the company caters to industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, and construction. Among its specialized products are Nickel Alloy washers, valued for their exceptional corrosion resistance, high strength, and excellent performance in extreme temperatures. In harsh and corrosive conditions, these washers guarantee strong attachment and enduring dependability.
Nickel alloy washer material is a combination of nickel alloys with a high nickel content (90 – 99% of the total weight), normally incorporated with controlled percentages of chromium, iron, molybdenum, manganese and silicon, which improve the materials’ ability to make corrosion resistant, provide thermal stability and add mechanical strength to the nickel alloy washer material. Depending on the specific nickel alloy washer manufacturing grade, they have excellent resistance to acid and alkaline media, as well as to high temperature oxidation. Mechanically, the ultimate tensile strength of nickel alloy washers ranges from 450 – 750 megapascals (MPa), the yield strength is 140 – 400 MPa, and the elongation varies from 30 – 50% depending on the grade of material. Nickel alloy washers have a hardness between 80 and 200 brinell hardness (HB), thus ensuring toughness and long-term durability in adverse conditions.

Industries that require outstanding corrosion resistance, high temperature stability, and long-term durability frequently use nickel alloy washers. They are frequently used in chemical processing, petrochemical plants, and oil and gas facilities where harsh chemicals, acids, and alkalis are frequently encountered. Marine and offshore systems rely on them for their excellent resistance to seawater and oxidation. Heat exchangers, power plants, aerospace parts, electronics, and high-pressure machinery all use these washers. They are perfect for applications needing safe fastening and dependable performance in harsh and corrosive environments due to their strength and stability.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
