Stainless Steel 420 Stud Bolts are tough, corrosion-resistant fasteners made from martensitic stainless steel, which is known for its impressive hardness and durability. They achieve a tensile strength of 700–850 MPa, a yield strength of about 450 MPa, and can reach hardness levels up to 50 HRC when fully hardened. SS 420 offers moderate corrosion resistance in fresh water, steam, and mild chemicals. These stud bolts also maintain impressive strength at elevated temperatures and provide dimensional stability for long-lasting heavy-duty performance.
